Rolling a certification
I'm not really a big advocate for certification in the UX/ID/IA/ED/TW fields. Certification may be helpful if you want to learn CPR or Novell's LAN technology, but I just don't know how valuable it is for writers or IAs or web designers. But ya gotta give Jenny credit for her innovative approach: certification a la D&D (don't grok D&D? see here). Too funny!
